Hardship Waiver (I-601 / I-601A):
Demonstrates how a qualifying relative would suffer extreme hardship if you were removed or not granted entry.VAWA (Violence Against Women Act):

Initial Consultation – We'll schedule a one time 2-4 hour session (virtually) to understand your background, symptoms, and story.
Evaluation Process – We may use clinical tools or questionnaires to support our findings, depending on your case type.
Report Completion – A 8-25 page professionally written report ready to submit to your attorney and immigration court. Report will be ready in 14 business days. For those who need an expedited report, there is an additional fee.

Before we begin, I want you to know that I understand the complexities of being an immigrant. I was born in Guatemala and raised in the United States, and that experience has deeply shaped the way I connect with the individuals and families I work with.
My goal is to offer you a safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can share your story without judgment. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say; I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you feel more grounded throughout this process.
