    • Hardship Waiver (I-601 / I-601A):
      Demonstrates how a qualifying relative would suffer extreme hardship if you were removed or not granted entry.

    • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act):
      For survivors of abuse by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse/partner, we provide trauma-sensitive assessments that center your safety and dignity.

    • U Visa Evaluations:
      For victims of certain crimes who have suffered significant emotional or psychological harm.

    • T Visa Evaluations:
      For survivors of human trafficking, our evaluations highlight the lasting emotional impact and support your legal protection.

    • Cancellation of Removal:
      Focuses on how deportation would result in exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to U.S. citizen or permanent resident family members.

    • Initial Consultation – We'll schedule a one time 2-4 hour session (virtually) to understand your background, symptoms, and story.

    • Evaluation Process – We may use clinical tools or questionnaires to support our findings, depending on your case type.

    • Report Completion – A 8-25 page professionally written report ready to submit to your attorney and immigration court. Report will be ready in 14 business days. For those who need an expedited report, there is an additional fee.

    • $1,300 for evaluation

    • 7-Day Turnaround: +$350

    • 5-Day Turnaround: +$550

    • Court Appearance (if required) + $350 per hour
