Therapy with Monica
BECAUSE YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE
At Bravatti Wellness Center, I believe healing starts with the courage to turn inward. Whether you're navigating infertility, the transitions of motherhood, rebuilding your identity, or simply craving space to feel like you again. This work is about more than coping. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been quiet for too long. You don’t have to do it alone. This is your space to begin that journey gently, intentionally, and supported every step of the way.
“And you? When will you begin that long journey into yourself?” ― Rumi

Life Happens (But So Do Appointments). Things come up, we’re all human! That’s why I offer ONE free pass if you need to cancel last minute. After that, I kindly ask for at least 24 HRS NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be responsible for the FULL session fee. (No hard feelings, just keeping things fair)

Right now, I’m all about the virtual life! I offer therapy sessions, consultations, coaching and supervision exclusively online. To work with me, you MUST be physically in California, Maryland, Virginia, D.C, Michigan or Ohio at the time of our session (it’s a legal thing, I wish I could bend the rules, but I can’t!). Sessions take place on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that works on your phone, tablet, or computer.
-
I accept all major credit cards, plus HSA/FSA cards because therapy is self-care and healthcare.
Payment is collected before session starts. If your card is declined, we’ll need to settle the payment before scheduling any future appointments. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m happy to help!

I don’t accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill, a document you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please understand that reimbursement is not guaranteed. Since every plan is different, I recommend checking with your provider first to see if this is an option before starting treatment.
Bravatti Wellness Center cannot guarantee reimbursement, and I do not work directly with insurance companies in any capacity. That means I do not participate in audits, documentation reviews, or phone calls with insurers.
If you have any questions, I’m happy to help you understand your options so you can make the best decision for your care!
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on income. If you're interested and think you may qualify, feel free to reach out!
Got questions? Feel free to ask. I’m here to help!

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs of your medical and mental health care. Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers must give an estimate to individuals who don’t have insurance or choose not to use it.
This estimate includes the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy. You can request a Good Faith Estimate before starting treatment or at any time.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. Be sure to keep a copy of your estimate for your records!
